Sanigreen provides professional residential and commercial cleaning services in the United States. These Terms apply to all users of our Services, including customers, website visitors, and anyone who uses our related products and services.

Use of Our Services
To use our Services, you must be over 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract. By engaging our services, you agree that:
You will provide accurate and complete information in your service request.
You allow access to your premises (residential or commercial) for the execution of cleaning services on the agreed dates.
You will not use our Services for any illegal or prohibited purposes under these Terms.

Services Offered
Sanigreen offers a variety of cleaning services, including but not limited to:
Residential Cleaning: general cleaning, deep cleaning, carpet cleaning, window cleaning, among others.
Commercial Cleaning: office maintenance, commercial space cleaning, building cleaning, and more.
The specific description of each service and its rates are available on our website or by direct request. We reserve the right to modify, add, or remove services at any time.

Rates and Payments
Prices for cleaning services are provided according to prior assessment of the client’s needs or the selected package. All payments must be made before or at the time of service delivery, as agreed. We accept the following payment methods:
Credit/debit cards.
Bank transfers.
Cash payments (select locations only).

Cancellation and Modification of Services
You may cancel or modify a cleaning appointment with at least 24 hours notice without charge. Cancellations made after this time may be subject to a cancellation fee. Failure to cancel in advance or if you are not present at the time of service may result in the full cost of the service being charged.

Client Responsibilities
The client is responsible for:
Providing adequate access to the areas to be cleaned.
Ensuring that the areas are safe and free of obstacles that may endanger the safety of our employees.
Informing about any special conditions (e.g., delicate items, pets) prior to cleaning.
Sanigreen will not be liable for damage or loss caused by lack of accurate information or inadequate conditions at the client’s premises.

Property and Damage Policy
Sanigreen will take all reasonable precautions to protect your property during the cleaning process. However, we are not responsible for damage to fragile or valuable items not explicitly indicated before the service. If damage occurs due to negligence or error of our employees, we will compensate the customer according to the company’s insurance policy.
